About The Artist

Erin Naifeh is a filmmaker, photographer, and self-portrait artist. She explores spectatorship, performance, and public affairs through conceptual photography and experimental cinema.
Using herself as subject, Naifeh integrates photography, digital compositing, and VFX plates. Working on a white cyc with controlled strobe lighting, she refaces herself and stitches together multiple images to construct surreal, minimalist, conceptually driven realities.

Each work’s substrate, whether metal or giclée prints, is chosen to reflect its concept and deepen the dialogue between surface and subject.
Her ongoing collections, System Piranha, Tungsten Jab, Bodies, Bunker, and Colony, are available as limited and open editions through her studio in Los Angeles.
