Artist Statement
This image began as an exploration of the ways we lean on ourselves when a version of us feels unsteady. Three bodies fold into one form, a quiet choreography of loss, closeness, and reunion. The shared spine becomes a question – where do I end, and where do I begin? What looks like support can also be surrender, and what looks like surrender can be survival. The piece stays with the simple truth: sometimes we stay intact only by the parts of ourselves that know how to reach.
