Artist Statement
Inspired by the idea if art begged to be hung on the wall. The bruised hand got its wounds from the wall it built around one's heart, covering the most vulnerable place. The She in She Said is the artwork. And She begs to hung. To be seen, cared for. In doing so, the wounded hand will lower and life will begin.
