Artist Statement
This image began with the simple act of watching, the posture we enter when we surrender ourselves to the screen. The soft chair becomes a container for comfort, the kind that lets a story think in our place.
A hand hovers between protest and symbol, pointing toward the long history of who is allowed to frame meaning. The body becomes both viewer and viewed, caught in the loop of watching and being watched.
The piece ends at the question that remains: how much of what we see is chosen by us, and how much is guided?
Care
Clean with a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Avoid chemicals and abrasives.
